Why this page exists
The Federal Trade Commission asks anyone who advertises online to disclose paid relationships and to be clear about what results a customer can really expect. This page does that in plain English. The FTC does not endorse us — we simply follow its guidelines.
We are a private company, not a government body
National Shoppers Payback Fund is a private company selling an educational product. We are not a government agency and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any federal, state, or local government entity, agency, or program. No part of this site is an official government communication, and no government body has reviewed or approved anything we sell.
We are not affiliated with any retailer
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Walmart, Amazon, Target, CVS, Costco, Walgreens, Kroger, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, or any other retailer, manufacturer, or brand. All product names, logos, trademarks, and brands are the property of their respective owners. We mention retailer names for identification purposes only, to show where the methods we teach can be applied, and that use does not imply endorsement, approval, partnership, or any relationship with those companies.
Affiliate and advertising relationships
We earn money in more than one way, and you should assume a financial relationship behind the links on this site:
- We may earn affiliate commissions. Some links in our material or emails are affiliate links. If you click one and buy, sign up, or complete an offer, we may be paid a commission or referral fee by that company at no extra cost to you.
- Affiliates may promote us. Independent affiliates and advertising partners promote our product and are paid a commission on each sale they refer. If you arrived here through someone else’s review, email, video, or ad, assume that person is being paid if you buy. Their opinions are their own, not ours, and we do not control what they say.
- We buy advertising. Some of the pages, videos, and ads that led you here are paid advertising for our own product.
- Explodely is our payment gateway and the retailer of record for purchases. We pay Explodely fees to process payments and we also pay affiliate commissions through their platform.
An affiliate relationship never changes the price you pay, and we only recommend things we believe are useful. Still, you should evaluate every recommendation on its own merits.
Testimonials and results shown are not typical
Any testimonials, reviews, screenshots, dollar figures, case studies, or success stories on this site or in our advertising are the individual experiences of specific people. They are not typical, they are not a promise or guarantee, and they should not be taken as what you will achieve. We have no way to verify every claim a customer makes about their own results.
- Testimonial providers may have received a free copy of the product, a discount, or other compensation for sharing their experience.
- Some testimonials may be edited for length or clarity, and some may be shown with a stock photo or an alias to protect the person’s privacy. Where that is the case we mark it.
- Any dollar amount shown is an example of what one person reported, not an average and not an expectation.
Results vary. What you get depends entirely on your own effort, consistency, shopping history, accuracy, and factors outside our control — including the decisions of retailers, rebate programs, and settlement administrators, which are made by them under their own rules. Many people who buy an information product never apply it and get nothing from it.
No income or earnings guarantee
We make no guarantee of income, earnings, savings, or refund amounts, express or implied. We do not process claims for you and we do not pay you money. For more detail see our Earnings Disclaimer.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site or in our product is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and we are not your attorney, accountant, or financial adviser. Consumer refund rules vary by state and change, and money you receive may be taxable. Speak to a qualified professional about your own situation.
