Agreement

These terms apply when you use this website or buy anything from National Shoppers Payback Fund. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or place an order. You must be at least 18 years old to buy.

Who we are, and who we are not

National Shoppers Payback Fund is a private company. We are not a government agency, not a public benefit, and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any federal, state, or local government entity or program. We are also not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Walmart, Amazon, Target, CVS, Costco, Walgreens, Kroger, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, or any other retailer, manufacturer, or brand. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners. We name retailers only to identify where the methods we teach can be used; that use does not imply any endorsement, partnership, or approval by them.

What you are buying

You are buying educational information: written material, videos, templates, and instructions that explain how to find and claim rebates, cashback, price-adjustment refunds, and consumer or class-action style refunds that you may already be entitled to as a shopper. That is the entire product.

• We do not file, submit, process, or manage any claim on your behalf.
• We do not pay you money, hold money for you, or act as any kind of fund, escrow, or claims administrator, despite the word “Fund” in our name.
• We do not decide whether any retailer, program, or settlement approves your claim. Those decisions are made entirely by third parties under their own rules.
• We cannot promise that any particular rebate, refund, or settlement is available to you, or that it will still be available when you apply.

Not professional advice

Nothing we sell or publish is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and we are not acting as your lawyer, accountant, or financial adviser. Consumer refund and class-action rules differ by state and change over time, and money you receive may have tax consequences. For advice about your own situation, consult a qualified professional.

No guarantee of results

We make no income, earnings, or refund-amount guarantees of any kind. What you get out of this depends on your own effort, your shopping history, your accuracy, your persistence, and circumstances outside anyone’s control. Payment and billing

Payments are processed by Explodely, which acts as the retailer or merchant of record for your order. Your purchase is also subject to Explodely’s terms, and your statement may show Explodely rather than our brand name. For charges, receipts, card problems, or any other billing question, contact Explodely at help.explodely.com/support/tickets/new. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time; the price shown when you order is the price that applies to that order.

Your licence to use the material

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own use. You may not copy, resell, share, republish, record, translate, or distribute it, or use it to create a competing product. All content on this site and in the product is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. Sharing your login or the files is grounds for cancelling your access without a refund.

Acceptable use

You agree to use what we teach honestly and lawfully. Do not submit false, forged, duplicated, or exaggerated claims, do not misrepresent purchases you did not make, and follow the rules of every retailer, rebate program, or settlement you apply to. Fraudulent claims are your responsibility alone and can carry serious legal consequences. We may refuse service or terminate access to anyone who uses our material to deceive a retailer or a court.

Liability, links, and changes

The site and product are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost savings, denied claims, or any indirect loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. We link to retailers, rebate programs, and settlement administrators we do not control and are not responsible for. We may update these terms by posting a new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which our company is organised.
