Who we are
National Shoppers Payback Fund is a private company that sells a paid information product. We teach a method for claiming rebates, cashback, price-adjustment refunds, and consumer refunds you may already be entitled to from retailers you shop at. We are not a government agency and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any federal, state, or local government entity or program. We are also not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Walmart, Amazon, Target, CVS, Costco, Walgreens, Kroger, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, or any other retailer. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification only, which does not imply any endorsement.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name and email address when you order or contact support, and any details you include in a support message.
- Order information. What you bought, when, and the order reference. Your card or bank details are collected and held by Explodely, our payment processor and retailer of record. We never see or store your full payment card number.
- Technical information. IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you viewed, collected automatically when you use this site.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver the product you bought, give you access to the member area, answer support requests, process refunds, keep records required for accounting and fraud prevention, measure which ads and pages work, and send you emails you asked to receive or that relate to your purchase.
If you buy from us or opt in on this site, we may send you product updates, tips, and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect for all marketing email. We will still email you about your order, your access, or a refund, because those messages are part of the service you bought.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us run the business: Explodely for payment processing and billing support, our email provider, our web hosting and analytics providers, and our customer support tools. They may use your information only to do that work for us. We also disclose information if the law requires it, if we need to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and measure advertising. Some of these are set by third parties such as analytics and advertising platforms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as well if you do. Most advertising platforms also offer their own opt-out controls.
Children
This site and product are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no website or email system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep your information for as long as you have an active account or purchase with us, and afterwards for as long as we need it for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you marketing. Email support@nationalshopperspayback.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honour those rights where they apply to us. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated policy.
